Do you like me? Can you follow me?

I have a stat meter on my blog. I see people come and go and I can see where they click. It's interesting. I have anywhere from 30-150 people find my site on a daily basis. Who are you? I know a few of you...Hi Amy, Hi Kelly, Hi Kathy...now I want to meet the rest. Please "like" me on my facebook page, the link is on the right. And, please "follow" my blog. I guess I don't really know why you should "like/follow" me but it makes me feel good. It helps my self esteem. It helps me meet you. Do you want me to "like/follow" you? I'd be happy to, just leave me a link in the comments.
